On this site I share tips, insights and stories about getting rid of distractions so we can live a more meaningful life.

“Distractions” can be anything from the things we own, how we spend our time, unhealthy habits, or people who are not good for us. By getting rid of these distractions and simplifying our lives, we build our character and who we want to be, are less stressed, and have more time to focus on the things that really matter to us such as friends, family, relationships, creativity, dreams, health, travel, and giving back.
